Step 1

Step 1 : So like I was saying in the previous step, we already have 4 large blue seed beads surrounding the circle of 4 small white seed beads that we just made. So all we have to do is recruit them by stringing through them. So, here, take both ends of the fishing line and string each end through one large blue seed bead, as shown in the picture. String the "black" end through the large blue seed bead marked with a yellow dot, and string the "red" end through the large blue seed bead marked with a white dot. Now, to join these together to form a circle of beads, add the 3 new beads shown in the picture to the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow (after stringing through that large blue bead first). The last new bead to be added is marked by a navy blue dot and is a small white seed bead.

Step 2

Step 2 : Now cross that last bead that was added to the heart pattern. It was the small white seed bead labelled with a navy blue dot. Cross it with both ends of the fishing line in opposite directions, ie. with the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow, since the other end of the fishing line is already strung through that bead. Now we have already finished surrounding this circle of 4 small white seed beads! We are going to make a new circle of small white seed beads in the next step!

Step 3

Step 3 : In the previous step's picture, I labelled a small white seed bead with a green dot. That is because I wanted you to see where it was from that angle and from this picture's angle. You should be stringing through that bead in this step to start forming your new circle of small white seed beads. So take the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow and string it through the small white seed bead labelled with a green dot. To the other end of the fishing line, add 4 new small white seed beads. The last one to be added is labelled with a pink dot. You can count that we are making a circle of 6 small white seed beads here.

Step 4

Step 4 : Cross the small white seed bead labelled with a pink dot. Pull tight and you can see our circle of 6 small white seed beads! Normall, we would now start to surround this circle with circles of alternating blue and white seed beads, as before. But in this case, it's more efficient to take another path and come back to it later. So that is what we will do in the next step.

Step 5

Step 5 : So take the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow and string it through the 3 beads that are marked with red X's. First through the large blue seed bead, then the small white bead, then the large blue bead.
