Step 1

Step 1 : We left off on the previous page of steps with crossing the large blue seed bead that is labelled with the green dot, with both ends of the fishing line. In this step, we basically mirror the last two steps. First, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow and string it through the pearly white small seed bead that is labelled with a black dot. Does this look familiar? We are basically going around the circle of small white seed beads and surrounding them with a large circle of alternating white and blue seed beads. So, next, add the 4 new seed beads shown to the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow. The last bead added is a large blue one labelled with a turquoise dot.

Step 2

Step 2 : This step is very simple (and repetitive!). Basically just cross the last bead added, the large blue seed bead labelled with a turquoise dot. Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the large blue seed bead labelled with the turquoise dot. Pull tight!

Step 3

Step 3 : I hope you can start to see a pattern here (hehe, a pattern within a pattern!). We are once again repeating those same two steps and continuing along our inner circle of 6 white small seed beads to surround them with circles of alternating large and small seed beads. So take the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow and string it through the small white seed bead labelled with a blue dot. Add the beads shown in the picture to the other end of the fishing line (the last new bead to be added is labelled with an orange dot).

Step 4

Step 4 : Now simply cross that last bead (the large blue seed bead labelled with an orange dot) with both ends of the fishing line. Specifically, string the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow through that bead in the opposite direction from the other end of the fishing line (which is already strung through the bead).

Step 5

Step 5 : We are almost done surrounding that inner circle of white small seed beads. This is the same two steps again. Just take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the small white seed bead labelled with a brown dot. Add the 4 beads shown in the picture to the other end of the fishing line (the last new bead to be added is labelled with a purple dot). This will be the bead to be crossed as usual!
