Welcome to the 3-D beaded rounded heart pattern instructions! If you have any difficulty following this tutorial, please post a comment at the bottom of the page on which you are stuck, and I'll do my best to help!
Step 1 : In this step, we are going to jumpstart a new circle of small white seed beads and start surrounding it with beads. So you can see that there are two nearby white seed beads that we can string through and attach to the bead we just crossed, and form a new circle of white seed beads. So, take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the two small white seed beads shown, the first bead labelled with a black dot, and the second bead labelled with a brown dot. To the other end of the fishing line, add 1 single new small white seed bead. This will therefore be forming a circle of 4 small white seed beads!
Step 2 : Now simply cross the new small white seed bead that you just added to the heart pattern! Take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through that new seed bead in the opposite direction from the other end of the fishing line. Pull tight and your new circle of beads is made!
Step 3 : Now we want to surround this circle like the others, and we already have 4 large blue beads that are around this circle of 4 small white seed beads. So, we don't have to add too many beads to complete circling this set of beads. All we have to do is string through the beads we need that are already sitting in the pattern. So take both ends of the fishing line and string each end through one large blue seed bead, as shown in the image. Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow and string it through the large blue seed bead labelled with an orange dot. Take the other end of the fishing line (depicted by a black arrow) and string it through the large blue seed bead labelled with a yellow dot, and then add 3 new seed beads onto that same end of the fishing line, as shown in the picture. The last bead to be added is a small white seed bead labelled with a white dot.
Step 4 : This step is very simple. Simply cross the last bead that was added to the heart pattern. In other words, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow and string it through the small white seed bead labelled with a white dot (in the opposite direction from the other end of the fishing line).
Step 5 : We are already done with circling that circle of 4 small white seed beads we just made two steps ago! So it's time to make a new one! This one will contain 6 small white seed beads, just like the first circle we started the heart pattern with. So there should be 3 available nearby small white seed beads in your pattern that you can easily string through to form a circle. In my picture, those 3 seed beads are labelled with light blue dots. Do you see them in your pattern? Just take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through those 3 small white seed beads labelled with light blue dots. Then, to complete our set of 6 small white seed beads, add 2 new small white seed beads onto the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow. The last bead to be added is labelled with a green dot.
