Step 1

Step 1 : Again, we won't be touching the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow in this step. To the other end of the fishing line, that just strung through the 3 seed beads labelled in orange dots, add 2 new seed beads, as shown in the picture. The last bead to be added is a large blue seed bead labelled with a yellow dot.

Step 2

Step 2 : Now cross the large blue bead labelled with a yellow dot, with both ends of the fishing line in opposite directions. Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow and string through it as shown in the picture. Now we are going to continue along our path of surrounding our new circle of 5 small white seed beads.

Step 3

Step 3 : So we are back to our circle of 5 small white seed beads, and we are going to pick up the next small white seed bead in the circle, to surround it with beads. So take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through the three seed beads labelled with turquoise X's. The first one is the small white bead in the circle of 5 small white beads, and then string through a large blue seed bead, and then another small white seed bead, which is actually one that is in our previous circle of 6 small white seed beads that we never finished yet. But we will soon! To the other end of the fishing line (red arrow), add the 2 new beads as shown, the second one being a large blue seed bead labelled with a turquoise dot.

Step 4

Step 4 : Now cross the large blue seed bead labelled with a turquoise dot, with both ends of the fishing line in opposite directions. Specifically, take the end of the fishing line depicted by the black arrow and string it through that bead, since the other end of the fishing line is already strung through it. Now you can pull tight and see that we have effectively joined our two white circles of beads together, the one with 5 beads, and the one with 6 beads from a few steps ago. Now, we have fully surrounded the circle of 5 beads, so we will now focus on surrounding the circle of 6 beads.

Step 5

Step 5 : So here we are going to pick up the next bead in the circle of 6 small white seed beads, to continue surrounding them all, just like we did back at the very beginning of this pattern. So, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a red arrow and string it through the small white seed bead labelled with a pink dot, which is the next bead in the circle of 6 small white seed beads. To the other end of the fishing line, add the 4 new beads shown in the picture. The last bead to be added is a large blue seed bead labelled with a green dot.
