Freeform Peyote
I'm doing my first ever freeform peyote. Has anyone here ever made one before? They say they're supposed to be pretty wonky, using the different shapes and sizes just makes that happen. But mine's sort of bending sideways, maybe I'll just use some smaller or bigger sizes to straighten it out. Anyone got any tips?
While I was starting it, I thought of you Allegra. I thought maybe because it's supposed to be so whacked out, maybe it's a good beginner one, where you don't have to worry about tension and how even it is.

Yes, FF peyote can twist and turn. You can try adding beads to the other sid to strighten it out, or don't ust as many different sizes for the base area. You can always add bridges etc.
You could also make a flat peyote band and FF on top of that.
Hope this was a little helpful.

Thanks. I've finished now though. I did add beads to the other side to straighten it. It turned out great. I'm so happy with it! I'll post a photo as soon as I've taken one.
Why don't you post photos of what you've done, I'd love to see them
