I just noticed your instructions are diagrams, but the beads in the diagrams look like real pictures! How did you do that? Is there a computer program you used to draw those diagrams? I've been looking for a way to make patterns faster because cropping every picture I take of making each pattern takes ages and ages. Thanks for sharing!

I used Adobe Photoshop to first draw each beads or crystals then place them and turn them on a new file, followed by the arrows.

HI Christine. My friend and I found your website and we like your beadwork. The ones we love are the ones that you do with the bicone crystal beads. Will you be doing more projects like that? One of the strawberries that you made out of the seed beads and I wouldn't mind making that one, but I didn't know how to make it using the bicones. I like the way the bicones look when light hits them. I made the present and it was so cute hanging from my purse. Have you thought about making more figures like the rabbits on Allegra's page or character animals?

Hi, thanks nikkie, I bead a lot of figures like beaded animals, 3-D hearts, 3-D snowman and santa.... but I used seed beads most of the time instead of crysals as they are more expensive.

I don't sell my beaded stuff so cannot afford to bead everything in crystals.

See this page: http://www.beadjewelrymaking.com/photo_gallery.html

all the beaded stuff are made by me. surf the beaded animals, christmas, valentine... which are mostly made 3-D.
For all of them just simply replace the beads with crystals and make crystal beaded figures, it's exactly the same method/ tutorial.

Cheers!

I know what you mean. Bicones are very expensive. I make only one of each figure with bicones. The rest are with plastic beads and seed beads. The seed beads have a nice color to them but they are hard to keep up with. Hundreds of them are all around my house.:)

Hahaha, yes, and every time you decide to transfer your seed beads to a new container, you must be prepared to lose about half of them. So you can use a smaller new container! :-P Still, they are my favourite type of bead. They are so cheap and yet look so expensive, and each one is unique!
