I like the lady bugs!....so can I have a3D patern for a lady bug pleeez

I actually have an idea on how you might be able to make one..dont have a pattern right now though, I'm sorry 
Try making half of a circle. (Theres one in the snowman pattern, its the head. Theres also one in the spider pattern.). Just add black spots where the spots would be, and add eyes. You could leave the bottom empty, or just add in a few beads to try and make a bottom to close it up. If I can I'll try and work on it and make a pattern but im not promising, I hope this helps some!
