1997 Love Stamp beaded amulet bag

In the book "The Big Book of Beautiful Beads" I saw this besded amulet bag called "The 1997 Love Stamp Beaded Amulet Bag". It was by a woman from Alaska named Jacqueline Poston.

Has anyone heard of this and if you have do you know where I might be able to purchase a copy of the pattern (or a kit)?
