help PLEASE! with this PIANO

by Sheila Toppi @, Monday, June 11, 2012, 05:58

I was trying to figure out how to make 3D piano pattern this awesome 3D piano but have NO clue how to start!

it shows rows of ovals, but if you look at it from a different angle, you can see that each oval is made up of 4 small circles. I am SO confused and want to make this so badly for a friend i just reconnected with on FB that is a pianist/teacher/tuner. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The pattern doesn't look very hard.
I think that the yellowish beads are the base and the blue ovals, each consisting of those four yellowish beads are only to help you see where the pattern goes later, when you're starting to go 3D.

Have you started making it?

I might wanna make this one too, it looks exciting :)

Do you have any idea what the piano keys are made out of?

For anyone that is interested, at " perlentiere.com ", the new free " Heart Bead " magazine download for this month, has a piano pattern in it, and it is very easy to follow, and the keys are made with Bugle Beads.[image]

help PLEASE! with this PIANO

Hi, not sure if your still after help but I think the pattern that you posted a link to is showing the thread in the blue but each loop is made up of four beads to start then three beads on top continuing until the end. If you would like I could print the pattern and re colour it so that it is clearer to read.

Hope this helps.
