Need help with a step please!!

I am stuck on the #2 side. Step 4. It is where I add beads from section 1. Well - step 4 looks like step 11?? I follow the line and it just doesn't make sense.

Any help would be appreciated. (fyi right now my line is coming out of 4mm from step 3.)

It's a bit hard to work out unless I'm making it. But it looks like the numbers aren't for the steps. They're actually just to tell you which beads to go in for the next stage. Feel free to email me if you need more help.
