rhinestone cross connector??/

I am looking for this Rhinestone Cross connector?? not sure if thats what it is...does anyone know where i can find this??? this is not my bracelet i foud the pic online and this is what i'm looking for. if anyone knows where I can find it and what it;s called (ex. spacer, connector etc) that would be great!
