Inkscape pattern design
, Tuesday, May 11, 2010, 22:09Inkscape looks fantastic but i have come across a couple of problems.
In step 4 C the snap tab looks different in my version (0.47) - there is no Bounding corners box to tick and it has other features there as well. I'm confused as to where to go next.
Also I'm using XP and I don't have a "places" section so that i can save as. Any suggestions.

I am not sure if this will help you or not. I also have 0.47 version and have not tried to use it yet. Look under help and click on what has changed. There you will find what has changed and that takes you to a new webpage. I read some of what has changed and it looks like if you are familiar with Inkscape it might help you. On the left navigation you can also find out where to ask questions. I hope this helps in some small way.
I just noticed that there is a manual which I have yet to look at. There is also a link to ask for questions.
