Heart and Cube Beading Help!

Help!

I've been trying to make the heart :

But I cant seem to get it since what i understood is to start off with the cube and the pattern im following is not giving me a 4 Bead side cube ? Here is the Pattern!

If anyone could explain how this is or another site with the pattern?
