Beginner , 3mm or 4mm ?

Hi CT,

When I started learning 3D patterns, 4mm plastic faceted rounds worked best. The holes are large, the beads are inexpensive and easy to find. Once you become comfortable working with the beads and different patterns, it will be easier to switch around in sizes and bead types. Hope this is helpful.
