poinsettia candle ring

Hi everyone!
I absolutely love this web site! What I'm looking for is a 3d beaded poinsettia candle ring. I see lots of beautiful pictures of poinsettias and holly leaves but no instructions. I'm kind of new to beading and cannot look at a picture and know what to do. Please help me! Every year we have a homemade Christmas gift exchange.
