Beading books and link
Hi, I have been reading the forum and really enjoying myself. Im new here, not sure if I should have put this under the pattern requests or not but I wanted to share a link and just introduce myself. Im Native American and live in Michigan. My name is Susan but I also go by Water. I saw on the pattern request topic that a lot of people had looked for the hummingbird pattern. The pattern was originally made by a lady who shared it in the April 2002 issue of bead and button. Her web site is www.uniquebeadedjewelry.com She has many patterns there for 3d beading but theyre for sale not free. Im adding a pic of the first hummingbird I made from the pattern. I make them my own way now but I have no pics of those. Im working on finishing one though and will take pictures when Im done. The other bird is my version of a red tail hawk. There is no pattern for that one because I made it up myself. Im also including a pic of the cover of a beading book that I just bought online and am waiting for it to come in the mail. Thank you for this wonderful web site and these awesome forums.
